“Absolutely terrible experience. They lie just about everything and do not honor their warranty. No accountability in not following up and then ghost when called out for it. When you finally do get ahold of the owner? He gaslights and denies everything his own daughter and son in law tells you. It's better to go with a real exterminator instead of a crackpot veteran trying to hustle a buck that has limited experience on a battlefield he for which he is woefully unprepared.”
