“This five star review is all about RESULTS and outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE. We've had subterranean termite control and monitoring with John's for twenty years. And our home continues to be termite free. Recently we had three relatively minor fireant invasions. In the past, I've treated this kind of invasion and other insect invasions DIY. This time I decided to ask John's for help. Sarah came out, investigated the crawl space, and traced the source of the invasion to a rotted stump about thirty feet from the house. Sarah eliminated the nest. It was a massive nest that I've observed and treated myself for close to ten years. Who would've thought those ants would travel that far to try and establish another nest! Thank you to the office team and tech Sarah that corrected our problem for us. You guys are awesome and the five star review is WELL DESERVED!!”

“I would definitely recommend John’s Pest Control. We have been customers for several years now. Only once have they needed to come out to re-service our yard and home between regular treatment. This didn’t cost us, and they were able to fit us in the same day. Sarah is an excellent technician—very friendly, prompt, and communicative. She always remembers the problem areas and treats accordingly. I’ve also found John’s Pest Control to be a lot more affordable for routine service than a lot of places.”

“Stay away!!! We were long time customers about 10 years and didn’t have any issues until 2022 when they terminated our contract via email with no reasonable explanation. They never gave us an explanation and would not return phone calls or emails. This a very poor excuse for customer service to a loyal longtime customer. Also we found when we had to purchase a new bond. That they were not inspecting the bait stations as required. So glad we have a real pest control service now. Would never recommend this shady business. Furthermore the technician that last serviced our property was spraying plants, and flowers not paying attention to what he was doing. **YOUR RESPONSE IS PATHETIC & JUST AS HORRIBLE AS THE WAY YOU HAVE TREATED US - BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!”
