“I have modified this review based on my experience after a service issue. I’m keeping details up as they are accurate of what happened. But since voicing my concerns, Killum has done an admirable job at doing everything in their power to make things right and follow up on the status. I’ve received multiple calls from the owner directly to continue to ensure there are no more issues and that things are resolved satisfactorily. I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars unprompted based solely on the way they have treated my concerns after the original review was posted. I’m keeping at 3 stars because of the nature of the issues and from multiple visits, but I feel much better about Killum based on their responses since and their efforts to resolve my issue. We found a bat inside our home and called them out in early 2024. They claimed to not find any colony and they sealed up all entry points. Several months later we found another bat in the house. They came out and found they missed sealing a spot and there was a large colony that they could not remove yet due to the season and baby bats. Finally in late 2024 they got them out and sealed up the house again. Now it’s January 2nd 2025 and I get a call from home with screams of panic because a bat is flying around the living room. I rushed home and it was like a scene out of Dracula with a bat flying at high speeds around the living room and dive bombing me as I wildly tried to catch it with a fishing net. Thankfully I got it and took it outside. But I don’t feel safe in my own home and these pest control professionals have failed to live up to what I paid them to do. The fact that this is multiple attempts to get it right and admission of mistakes has me irate. I have spoken with 2 people and they did not show the sense of urgency for resolving the issue I expected. They can fit me in 6 days from now. When I complained that having potentially rabid animals in my home that their service should have prevented from happening deserved a little more urgency on their part I was asked “What exactly do you expect from us?”. I requested to hear back from someone in charge at this point as I was very upset. I heard back very shortly after from a manager and he arranged to have someone out in hours instead of days. They did a very thorough inspection and sealed up additional entry points they found. That night I received a call from the owner to apologize for the service issues and assurances they would make it right. I have heard back from him at least 3 more times since just to ensure everything is still resolved.”

“Bro Scott from Killium treated by house today. Very good service. Scott is always punctual and if running behind he calls me. The service is excellent. Only a couple of times over the past 20 years did I have to have a call back for correction. He does an outstanding job. Highly recommend Killium and Bro Scott.”
