“Was under contract for a house with a 10 day due diligence period during christmas week. Scheduled them at the recommendation of my realtor as soon as they opened prior to the holidays for two days later. Appointment was moved to a later time because another client "popped up" a day before the appointment, and then my appointment was canceled three hours prior to time. Only 2 days before the end of my due diligence period. The receptionist only response was "if they had known about my request earlier . . ." And "another client popped up so we moved you." Not sure how knowing about the existence of my need prior to making an appointment with me would have changed anything. Would not recommend if you actually need them to show up. Receptionist was highly unprofessional and uncaring”
