“The worst service. He’s like a robot and doesn’t want to take care of anything besides his regular spraying routine, he acts angry if you ask for any other type of help when something new would come about. I want to have a service that finds out the “how and why” then takes action to prevent mice or bugs coming in, not just setting traps and spraying. Its like they don’t want to put themselves out of business by closing up areas that rodents and bugs crawl into. I also realize that sometimes you just need prevention. We used this company for way too long and so happy to have canceled their service. One more thing, the owner is a complete jerk.”
