“We had a bald faced hornet's nest in our yard. Both my husband and had been stung and it prevented us from enjoying our yard. I called Long's Pest and they explained the process clearly, came out in a few days, were prompt and professional. They were very informative and discovered where the hive was, removed it and treated the area. They looked in another area on the property where I had seen hornets flying around. They didn't find anything there. I feel so much better knowing that we can enjoy our yard without being stung! “Called about a nest, wasn't sure what type of wasp it was. They were able to diagnose it as paper wasps from pictures via text. They were also honest and told me it wasn't worth the cost of removal due to the height of the nest. Rare to find businesses that will tell you the truth when it costs them money. Will reach out to them first for any pest issues going forward.”

The person who helped me was Curtis and he was very helpful.
