“Unbelievable. I have never experienced the most rude customer service in my entire life; especially from Stacy. We had requested a specific service man to come out and do our home because, after owning two homes and having both service men come out for YEARS, knew the difference between the work that was done. They did not send the one requested, which is fine, except the same situation occurred where we did not receive the same thorough spray we get from the other. My husband called back to address this and was met with excuses and explanations instead of just fixing the issues. He hung up feeling caught off guard that he was met with defensive and told he would be given “explanations”; which never came from the service man she said would call and provide. I called back to discuss this and she relayed the conversation, to which, I responded I didn’t care for an explanation, I just wanted the other service man out to do it right. At this point, Stacy told me that since I’m so unhappy with them, I should just seek somewhere else to go and they would prefer to eat their $300 bill instead of just solving the issue. I’ve been in customer service for 20 years and, know, I would be fired on the spot if I ever tried to explain why someone was wrong and didn’t just offer a solution. I have no problem paying for another company that does their job well and doesn’t argue with their clients. Inadequate service all the way around. PS… it took me less than 5 minutes to find another bug company that was willing to match their price for the same service. An honest blessing in disguise. Thanks!”
