“Don't waste your time. They offer nothing but excuses. About 8 months ago I got new sod and I hired luv a lawn to maintain it. They came out for a few months and I started to see improvements and then a rapid decline. They would come out every month and every time I would call them to come out again and every time I got a different reason as to why the lawn looked worse and worse. They then started to blame it on the irrigation in the summer so I had them come out and after about 3 weeks of begging them over the phone and not getting returned phone calls they came out and for $270 they just added sprayers that soaked both my neighbor's lawns and the sidewalk and the street and shot over the middle of my yard. Despite spending all that money I still had to go out and spend about 6 hours adjusting the sprinklers to not waste money. I just speeded the charge for the sprinkler repairs and they sent me an email that it was an overdue bill. A disputed charge is not considered an unpaid bill according to their agreement with Visa as well as Florida and federal law.”
