“I have had this service for a couple of years with no problems and have recommended this company to others. But as company's go their service has achieved a new low. The last service man came to my house very stressed and apologized for being in a rush because his supervisor was adding more clients and he didn't have time to do everything at this point his manager phoned and inquired how much longer he was going to be at my house and he needed to hurry 5min later the manager phones again and the service tech stated I'm leaving now. At that point the service tech apologized again set some sticky pads on my table to replace the old ones with and left. Some time later I spoke with the supervisor and expressed my complaint and he assured me to take of the problem and rescheduled my house to be serviced 11 /20/2024 between 8am-10 am ,at 1:30 i recieved a call stating the service tech will not be coming to my house. So here I am venting.”
