“Its unfortunate that my parents recommended this place talking so highly of them, and I'm writing a one star review. I called March 14th 2022, requesting to get a treatment done to get rid of the Asian beetles. At first, the guy that I talked too seemed he didn't want any business, but slowly warmed up as I explained my concerns & explained we had just purchased the home and didn't expect to have those darn lady bugs. he then asked me to text him my info so he could call be back... sure thing! A week later we never herd back, so I called again. Spoke with another guy (Jeff I believe). and told him everything I told him told the other guy. He then was trying to talk me out of doing a spring treatment and to wait until the snow was gone, however I explained multiple times that we would pay whatever to get it done then, and do another treatment in the fall. He then said the first week of April they would be in our area and call back to make an appt. Two days after that, the first guy I talked to called me back and goes "I'm sorry i forgot to call" I explained we talked with someone else and they said first week of April and that guy said "yes, we'll let you know what day." And here we are, May 25th 2022, never herd from them again. no worries, We will spend our money elsewhere.”
