“I called a different pest control company to check out a potential problem in my attic, and they made me believe I had roof rats. Wanting a second opinion before spending 10k with them to fix this "problem," another home owner recommended I contact Mares. Not only was Bud on time and very thorough in his inspection, he also reassured me that I actually didn't have a roof rat problem! Turns out, any "signs" of the rats the other company saw were old signs (or just flat out false) and there were no entry points at all for rodents to get in the attic. Bud even checked on a hornet/wasp problem I had in the back yard and gave me great advice on how to keep those things away. All in all, it was an amazing experience and I know I will be contacting them again if any other problems show up! I will for sure tell people to contact Mares Exterminating for pest control.
