“Edit- I was contacted by the Regional Manager, had a great conversation and I'm pleased with the outcome. Might have another update in a couple of weeks after my next service date. This was a pretty good company at one point in time. But then they discontinued in home service unless it was requested but still charged the same amount. Just recently they've upped the price for that outdoor only service. They come through and sweep the house, but you can rarely tell. I still have a lot of spiders in my home and storm shelter. I feel the need to edit and add that this company charged my debit card without my authorization. I admit my payment was late, however that does NOT give the company permission to run my debit card. You all realize this is ILLEGAL, right? Apparently I'm not the only one this happens to. I never gave permission to them to save my card information either.”
