“They were scheduled to come to our house for pest control spraying for the first time today at 4 pm. A young kid showed up at around 1 pm, called my mom. My mom told him no one is home, sorry, we are expecting you at 4 today and we will be there at that time. The kid told my mom he was in the area and wanted to do it now and that he wasn't going to wait around 3 hours. Obnoxious little guy. So she let them know that we won't be needing your services if you're going to be rude and disrespectful. No one asked you to "wait around 3 hours". You were scheduled to come at 4 pm. Super weird people. Gotta work on those customer service skills little dude.”
