We have minimal call backs, he is pleasant, professional and knows what he is talking about! Kyle has consistently gone above and beyond for us here at Legends at Pine Forest and with service like this will be happy to stay in a contract with them for years to come.”

“I called to cancel our annual pest control services on Oct 31st. I was told that the request was forward to the local office and that I didn't have to do anything else to close my account. Got charged for these same services in mid November. Immediately emailed Massey who said they'd forward the refund request to the local office. Heard nothing, so called again a week or so later, and corporate told me that they'd have a local manager call me, just rest assured! Nothing happened for another week (sigh), so I sent them another email telling them that I'd do a charge back if I didn't get a refund soon. I'm emailing corporate this whole time because I can't tell which local office actually services my location. Immediately got a call from the pensacola office! Finally! The manager there told me they couldn't tell me when I'd be receiving my refund check (seriously??) but that I would eventually get it - but it may take 6 weeks. Now it's almost February, and nothing! This is a warning to everyone - if you want to cancel your account with Massey, make sure you remove any credit cards and turn off auto pay before you do so! Otherwise you'll spend hours of your life trying to get your money back. UPDATE: they did follow up as promised and I finally got my refund!!”
