“DO NOT USE THE COMPANY FOR A WDO. I was selling my home and needed a WDO Inspection. A inspector showed up to inspect my property. I had a roof leak with some damage. This had nothing to do with the WDO. Ham would not pass my WDO because I had a roof leak They said I Quote: Because you have a roof leak THIS COULD ATTRACT TERMITES therefore in order to pass the WDO you will have to spend all most 1000.00 for treatment. They took advantage of me There were NO SIGNS OF TERMITES AT ALL. I was forced to get a termite treatment or I could not sell my house.”
