“Technicians do not always show up. One day, the technician did not show up for the day they were scheduled, but marked that they did. Home is equipped with cameras so we knew that was a lie. One technician wouldn't stop talking to us about religion, so we stopped letting him in the house. It was awkward. Their billing/payment system is stuck in the 80s. They also believe it's legal and great customer service to leave you a voicemail saying when they will be stopping by to provide a service. So if you don't get the message, don't have it setup to retrieve it or just don't check your messages, they will show up and charge you for a service they couldn't perform. So they will spray around your front door and charge you for not being scheduled to go do the rest of the property. Worst customer service.”
