They have “serviced” my apartment twice and the bugs haven’t gotten any better.if anything it’s like “what they did” brought more bugs into my home.”

“One of your employees was driving on the wrong side of the road around my apartment complex and almost struck my vehicle. He was extremely rude and honked at me like I was the one in the wrong. He had a very very rude demeanor and gave me a very rude look. Not the first time I’ve seen your employees driving recklessly around my complex.”

“UNPROFESSIONAL-UNTRUSTWORTHY This is the company my apartment complex uses. One of their employees came into my home while I was gone and injured my dog!! I was unaware they would be entering my home. I would think PROTOCOL would be to not enter if there are pets, Especially dogs in the home. Not only did this tech enter my home with my dog freely running around, HE TOOK IT UPON HIMSELF to put my dog in his cage and lock it. (Did I mention his cage is upstairs in my bedroom) I was at work and unaware this was happening. Scared my dog to the point he would not leave his cage when opened. I have a 4 pound Chihuahua. He would not let anyone he does not know pick him up. This had to be by force and in the process the Tech ended up injuring my dog. Several lies from the Tech and this company later, I am out of a days work and the cost of a vet bill!! Do not let these people in your home!!”
