“UNPROFESSIONAL-UNTRUSTWORTHY This is the company my apartment complex uses. One of their employees came into my home while I was gone and injured my dog!! I was unaware they would be entering my home. I would think PROTOCOL would be to not enter if there are pets, Especially dogs in the home. Not only did this tech enter my home with my dog freely running around, HE TOOK IT UPON HIMSELF to put my dog in his cage and lock it. (Did I mention his cage is upstairs in my bedroom) I was at work and unaware this was happening. Scared my dog to the point he would not leave his cage when opened. I have a 4 pound Chihuahua. He would not let anyone he does not know pick him up. This had to be by force and in the process the Tech ended up injuring my dog. Several lies from the Tech and this company later, I am out of a days work and the cost of a vet bill!! Do not let these people in your home!!”

“This is the company my apartment complex uses. I put in a pest control request FOUR WEEKS AGO and no one has come. I called my leasing office and the lady tells me that they came and treated my apartment yesterday at 4pm, I literally work from home and no one has come out. So why lie and say you came when you didn’t? I pay monthly for pest control yet no one has come out to control the pests??”

“I pay for their services through my apartment complex, just moved in a week ago and we have a gnat and roach problem. Someone was supposed to come out but went by the leasing office instead, never our apartment, and apparently our roach and gnat issue wasn’t worth their time they told them to tell us to leave “cups of water & soap out” and that was it. Still haven’t had anyone come by our apartment yet and I’ve sent a message to their site but still haven’t heard back so I won’t be continuing to pay a pest control fee if they’re refusing us service. If gnats and roaches aren’t worth your time then what do y’all consider pests?”
