“I called from NetVendor because they have an account with us and the email address was not working so I needed to contact them in order to update it. One of the representatives I think his name was ZACH answered my call and was extremely rude. I asked for Jeff several times and let him know that we were calling regarding companies they are working with and that the information was very important. ZACH stated that they are not interested in our services and seemed to not understand my point. Couldn't get in touch with Jeff and unfortunately, cannot contact him anywhere. After looking at their google review... I understood how bad this business is handled and whole situation is. This is NOT how you treat your clients ZACH, especially if its not your business you are just a regular employee. If you don't have great employees, your business will be a disaster. I feel bad for the owner.”

“If I could leave no stars I would. I pay for their service through my apartment complex and I have never lived in a place with a continuous bug issue due to this company’s negligence. They have “serviced” my apartment twice and the bugs haven’t gotten any better.if anything it’s like “what they did” brought more bugs into my home.”
