“I don’t think there’s enough room for me to post what an amazing Experience I have had this past week with Mathews Lawn Service. It started with my first conversation with Katie and she explained to me everything that they could do for me and scheduled an evaluation appointment. Katy had Rachel and Bradley come out and spend time with me going over everything in my yard. They spent a lot of time explaining things to me, they were both friendly and very, very knowledgeable. They laid out a plan and Rachael submitted it to me that evening. I was very impressed with them both! I signed up right away. I have spoken to both Madison and Peyton several times and they were both very helpful each time I called the office ask a question. I receive notice from Casey the night before the crew was going to come out and start work. I appreciated her contacting me. The next morning Rolando called and told me that his team was on the way to begin. It was nice to have a heads up! Mauricio and his helper, I cannot spell his name, but it started with a T, worked all day And accomplish so much more than I had any idea they could do on the first day. Again, they were wonderful. Rolando came out and checked on them during the day and went over everything with me to make sure I didn’t have any questions about what was being done. And then there is Nick…. He is obviously a jack of all trades and very experienced with irrigation systems and the lighting that I have in my flowerbeds and on my fence in the backyard. He took care of it all! Even going back-and-forth to the office to pick up things that he needed so that he could get it done that day. Amazing young man! The next day, the crew were all back at my house and put on the finishing touches. Including getting on the roof and blowing off the leaves in the gutters. Both Rachel and Katy contacted me after the project was done to be sure everything went As I had expected. Of course I was ‘over the top’ pleased. Bradley even came out here again today to take pictures and make sure everything was taken care of. The planting crew left EVERYTHING spotless. My yard is BEAUTIFUL. The bushes and the Spectacular array of colorful flowers look amazing. Rachel and Bradley are artist. How they designed my yard and made everything looks so nice is over the top. “From start to finish it was a very easy process and they followed through on everything. Not many companies these days I can give five stars. Matthews easily gets 5 stars! They quickly set up an appointment for me with Jake. Jake came out and was on time! Jake came out and thoroughly explained everything to me after I went over exactly what I was wanting done. He got me my quote the same day! We had new beds created, and we plan on planting shrubs in them when it cools off some. They placed the rocks exactly how I was wanting and made everything look great with new liner and new mulch. The crew was set up to come out a certain day- and they did! And they worked very hard at my house for nine hours straight. Thank you, Matthews Landscaping for your prompt and precise service throughout the whole process! It’s nice when a company shows up!
