“Stark Exterminators are unreliable, very racist, liars, nonprofessional, inconsistent, and a huge waste of time. I called to schedule an initial first visit. The guy never showed up as scheduled, never called, nothing. And I waited home all evening for nothing. So, I called him. "Oh yeah, oh yeah, I can get there tomorrow at 2." He comes, doesn't really inspect anything. Isn't knowledgeable, isn't too enthused, isn't interested at all with why I called for a home inspection. He told me he'd bring the specimens in, that they have an etymologist on site and will get back with me Thursday. Well, that Thursday was last week. I've texted him and called a few times. He never answered, never texted back, nothing. I wouldn't waste my time with these people. They're inconsistent, selective, and I know why he ghosted me. Because I'm gay. Why else would a place of business just disregard common business? And what's my sexuality have to do with professionalism??And I would've paid well! I guess he ingested too much bug spray or he's just that blind and ignorant. And where there's one like that, there's more. Birds of a feather. If an exterminator is needed, and if there is a chance of being judged for race, sexuality, or anything, don't call these people. They're jokes and selective.”
