“*Update 9/12/2023* I have changed my rating to five stars. Locally, McNeely Pest Control has definitely shown up and gotten me taken care of at my new address. As I said in my former review, I thought I would have to look elsewhere for pest control services and I didn’t want to. I’m really glad I did not have to! Former review- I am so disappointed in how the service has plummeted since you went to bug out. I moved and managed to get my account cancelled. Now I can’t get service at my new address for anything! I get called back and I can’t return their call and use their extension because it goes to a call center in God knows where. I can’t get the local service guys to respond or follow up. I realize they are swamped and I’m only one customer, but I need new services set up and cannot get it done. Either the computer is messed up, no one calls back, or when they do it’s from a number that looks like spam and you can’t call them back. I guess I’ll be looking elsewhere and I didn’t want to do that!”
