“They sent me an invoice for my annual inspection fee then took it upon themselves to charge my debit card without my permission. My bank account was subsequently overdrawn and I accrued an overdraft fee of $40. When I paid the fee last year online their software stored my debit card number and they used that feature to say I elected auto pay. Scam! The service they provide is terrible. They drilled holes in my patio concrete and they do not inspect inside. I will be canceling my contract with this crappy company!!! You owe me $40 too. Done and done.”
