“This was disappointing. I live in an apartment complex and they were called to treat my unit. I got home and noticed that all of my lights were on in the front room but I initially thought it was me. Which never happens. It wasn't until later that I noticed the business card and realized that they left the lights on. I didn't recall anyone notifying me on my Ring so I went back and checked the footage. That's what led to this review. My neighbors across the hall have a direct line of view into my apartment. They were looking in before knocking on my door, then the exterminator came out. They told him that they knocked because the door was open. Why would you leave my door wide open?? I can understand slightly cracked but not completely open. Next, the exterminator replied that he was just treating the unit because there was "a request for pests." They then made a face and said something to themselves. Once the exterminator walked away they began conversing about me having pests. Privacy much? I've only lived here for a few months, my place is spotless, and this was my first time seeing this type of bug. Obviously, I should not need to explain that to my neighbors. Terrible. It's not really my choice who management chooses but it would not be them. The guy seemed nice based on the video but they clearly need training. If nothing else, for the safety of themselves and others. Based on other reviews, I'm concerned about what else got missed.”
