“This company did the inspection and installation of termite traps outside. The seller of the home had to pay for this. I never seen anyone service these or have any communication from them. When I tried to contact them “jerry” would not answer. I tried a few times during business hours. I had received a bill where he just whited out the old homeowners name and put mine. I just wanted some information, but instead got ignored. It says you can also text them but I was ignored until after 5pm and then told it was after hours. I would not mess with this place. Maybe I’m old fashioned and like communication, like leave a note when you serviced these or something. I had no problem doing what was asked but I do have a problem with being ignored when you want my money.”
