“If you asked me at the start of hiring them for pest control I would have given a glowing review. They squeezed us in due to an allergy risk. They told us $250 for a product. If it didn’t last the season, they would come back and address it for free. The product should last the season. Well it didn’t. When we called to have the issue addressed, we were told they could no longer uphold any “guarantees” due to all the rain we have had. They would only uphold a 60 day guarantee that’s on the product. They even mentioned other customers calling for the same reason. So that means other customers were given the same reassurance that I was. The product should last the season. If not, call and they will make good on it. That is NOT the case. Miller’s did not uphold that. Instead, said they would come back at a cheaper rate. In my opinion I like the companies I hire to uphold what they say. If they had been honest not only to me but clearly others who were calling for the same reason, then I wouldn’t be leaving this review. Honesty is the best policy”
