“Started off great. Saw a few termites, so had them put in termite traps with the understanding they would check on them in 6 months. When I called for schedule date they said they'd come in a year. I made it very clear from the beginning that I doubted I would need more than a year. I called again a month before renewal to check on the "scheduled" annual visit. There was no sign of my house on the schedule. Meanwhile, received an invoice for second year after not getting any notice of visit OR renewal! The sales, service and scheduling departments obviously don't communicate. After talking with the service manager, scheduled an appointment for next week and canceling service afterwards just because the way they do business is not only rude but very SHADY. Think twice.”
