“Their prepaid gopher service left much to be desired and I don't recommend it. I had to call in to schedule each visit. Only once did they reach out to me only after I kept asking why nobody is calling me to arrange the next visit. The tech tells you how long it will be and they don't have any system setup to create and maintain a schedule. On their final visit that I had to call to scheduled of course they cancelled my appointment and I had to call to find out that my service term ended. Is it crazy to think that they could have sent someone out anyway since they knew they left traps at my residence and had to pick up anyway then let me know the service term ended? Simple simple things to improve service that were missed. I had to ask for another appointment solely for the trap removal. This review is for the riverside area so good luck to the next person that asks for the gopher service from this company.”
