“Unfortunately I had to edit my review. Once the service started the communication was poor. Paul told if I’d ever have any issues just call. I called the office, emailed him: used Facebook and either never got answered or was told I’d get a call back that never came. I was told I would get a granular treatment. I don’t believe I ever got it to this day and I tried calling many times and never got an answer. We still got bitten up by mosquitos and when I called to let them know, I was told “someone from from the mosquito department will call you back.” No one did. I called multiple times. I texted them and told them to stop coming but I never got any confirmation of cancellation or any kind of accounting if I was owed a refund. When we met the first day, I asked Paul if there is a guarantee and he said there was and emphasized that I needed to communicate if there were any issues. I tried and wasn’t able to. So not only did the service not work (despite me calling to tell them so they could help) but the communication was poor and I didn’t get all of the treatments I paid for. I was asked to make a review after the initial sales appointment, told they were having a contest between branches to get reviews. I obliged. But note that this means many reviews may be from before the service even started. Paul came to walk our property and gave a thorough explanation of the life cycle of pests, what conditions harbor them, and how the mitigation plans work to eliminate adults, larvae and eggs for complete elimination over time. We were happy to start service and we’ll be able to start treatment this week!”

“Met with Paul today for our mosquito issue. He was amazing. Family owned and operated, which I like. I have spoken to friends and neighbors about his technique and feel the red cedar oil which melts mosquito and tick eggs on contact is the best way to go. I like that is it also safe for out animals.
