They returned my inquiry very quickly and it was very easy to figure out what I needed and to set up an appointment for a few days later. Of course on the day of the appointment it snowed because - NY State. Anthony communicated ahead of the appointment and arrived right on time. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. He walked us through everything he was going to do and completed the work very quickly. He also walked us through what was going to happen for our quarterly visits (we opted for the subscription service). Highly recommend!”

“Sharing my negative experience with Mrs Bzzz Pest & Termite solutions so others may be aware. Yesterday I discovered some wood damage on 2 window sills in my home. I was very concerned for termites and Mrs Bzzz was the first company I contacted. They were very prompt to answer my call and asked if I could take photos of the damage, to be sent to the owner. The photos were sent to the owner Brenden who called me and told me this damage was indeed caused by termites. He was very quick to try and sell me a service over the phone without coming out to my home to confirm. I provided a card number, after being told they would only come out if they had a number on file. I reluctantly agreed, but told him I was not agreeable to any services until my home was inspected and it was confirmed that termites were actually the culprit. Today, Brenden arrived at my house ready to lay termite traps without coming into my home to inspect the damage, until my husband prompted him to do so. Brenden only looked at the 2 areas of concern with a flashlight, and said termites were absolutely the cause and said he was going to start placing traps. This service was going to cost $1400, which was charged to my card before we agreed to the services. We politely explained that we did not feel comfortable proceeding with this until an inspection of the home was done. Ultimately I was charged $150.00 for an “inspection”. Brenden started to pull into my driveway at 4:30pm, and left my driveway at 4:39. Personally I would not recommend Mrs Bzzz to any family or friends, based on my experience. I would recommend Terminex who came out to our home, free of charge, 5 hours earlier and did a total inspection of our home for 50 minutes, and found no trace of termites and felt this was a carpenter ant issue. I am posting because I feel that they were attempting to take advantage of the situation and my nerves regarding the damage I saw. Ultimately, we’ll eat the $150 charge and will be getting a 3rd opinion. Update: Thank you so much for your response!!! While I admire your attempt to clean up your mess, I too would like to clarify some things. You in fact were NOT up front with charges. There was no discussion of how much an inspection fee would be. The payment was NOT authorized. You specifically said a payment method must be on file for you to come out to my home. That in NO WAY authorized the payment. It’s a shame, you could have had a lifelong customer had you handled the situation correctly and honestly. Instead you chose to attempt to take advantage of my situation, which will result in me filing a complaint with the Attorney General. $150 for a 5 minute inspection, a $1400 charge WITHOUT authorization is deceitful and wrong. Do not do business with these people!”
