“Unfortunately, I wasted $233 by using NEO Pest Control for bees & ants. If I had been told all they do for bees is spray the house I wouldn't have bothered as we've never had bee nests on the house so the "treatment" was worthless and we still have bees. Ant issue was much worse. He came 3 times and tried different things, none of which worked AT ALL. My son suggested I try Talstar spray so I bought some (less than $50) and my husband sprayed and, fingers crossed, no ants since early June. I don't know what NEO Pest Control used, but it was worthless and I wasted $233.”

“Had an appointment for 2 pm, the man showed up as I was heading out the door to an appointment at 12:15 with no prior heads up he would be significantly early. When I then called the office to reschedule and was made to feel that the time I chose would be inconvenient, I said "I would go elsewhere, thank you" and instead of professionally getting off the the phone, I was hung up on. Additionally, the first time he came to our home I had to send him back to his car for his mask and again today he still did not wear one. I understand that not everyone believes in the value of masking, but I'd think a business owner entering multiple people's homes would take a bit more care.”
