“Unreliable and did not solve the problem after a year and a half of service. Our appointments were either rescheduled or the tech showed up on the wrong day and service could not be performed properly. We called specifically about ants in our home and have not seen any improvement since they started. We tried to stick with them and intermittently received service from someone who seemed to care, perhaps the owner or manager. At the end of the day they failed us too many times.”

“Absolutely horrible . The technicians aren't knowledgeable and have to be told what needs to be done. We were taken aback by the person they sent named Dan . He was unprofessional , very unkempt and overall pretty clueless. It's definitely a waste of money and time going with this branch anyway .”
