“Never been treated so bad by management before in my life. Rude, interrupted, and not listened to . Tried to work with him and just kept being interrupted . No call , no shows twice , multiple times schedules changed halfway through the day, and billing issues also. I’ve never written a review before, so this shows how upset and disrespected i felt .”

“We had mold remediation done costing us nearly $2600 but it was not done correctly. The "independent" inspector from Shield Guard, that took nearly two months to return my call, signed off on this without even coming back to inspect or take pictures.. NOW i have to pay for the job again prior to selling my home.. What a Racket and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND having Nature's Way ever treat my home again and DO NOT USE Shield Guard home inspection service.. would recommend just taking the $3000 total for the work and burn it, because that will be the same result.”
