“Poor Service. They canceled my account without contacting me and confirmed with CC company there was no aattempt to charge my card this month. They said it was declined CC company showing no delcine that it was never attempted. When I just wanted to get service reestablished they wanted to charge me DOUBLE what my month charge to get signed up again. Clearly a sales scam. I asked to talk to the owner. I was told I could not. Receptionist was beyond rude when trying to figure the situation out. She asked if I was an idiot. Reporting to BBB as well. Do want want them to run this scam on elderly clients. Clear from the actions on the phone this was an intimidation tactic.”
