“I have not been able to get them on the phone at all. They used to service my building. The last time they came, the guy told me he had been instructed to skip my apartment because I was in court with the landlord. I was baffled. I have never been in court with my landlord and I wondered why that information would be relevant to an exterminator. I told the gentleman as much and he didn't have a good answer for me. I don't know if they no longer service the building or where they got the erroneous information or even if they are in business anymore. ?”
