“*edit to my review after receiving the response from Tyler The last thing I want is to go back and forth on google, but I won't be called a liar. I have my call log from April 17 2025 which shows I spoke with Tyler's cell more than once, and no bugs phone number more than once. Never in my review did I say the technician admitted that she didn't service. And I did in fact take you up on the free re-service, as you sent another technician out again. I apologize if my experience is upsetting you Tyler, but it is not exaggerated. God Bless to you as well, and I wish you nothing but future success with your company.* After being a client of no bugs for a few years I had no choice but to cancel my account with them today. We have had numerous issues being dissatisfied with the service we are paying monthly for and today was the final straw. There have been multiple times that we come home after being serviced and feel like no spraying had been done in the backyard. Six months ago I called for this exact issue and was assured the girl servicing our house sprayed the back even though our mats were not moved, pets water bowls not moved, and could smell no solution. Three months ago, I recieved a call from the same technician who serviced my home prior, letting me know that she was too short and could not reach my gate latch, asking me what she should do. Not only was this so unprofessional (as a company, you are responsible for supplying your employees with all the tools needed to successfully service every home or problem solve) but this was the same girl I suspected did not service our backyard before. This only proved to me that my backyard wasn't serviced as I suspected and everyone at the company was being dishonest. I had multiple long conversations with the owner after this and decided to give them another chance. Well, my home was serviced today, and the technician who came did not close my side gate all the way! Simce it did not latch, both my dogs escaped my yard when I let them out. Thank God we just found them with the help of neighbors. I am beyond livid at the irresponsible behavior I have experienced from multiple technicians with this company, and complete lack of accountability when things go wrong. Client beware.”
