“Absolutely awful experience. We received a quote for our very small yard in August 2023 for $73 and then two months later received a bill that was almost double that. I attempted to call and ask why the quote was so much lower than the bill and could never get an answer, and finally decided to give up on asking and just pay the bill. I mailed the check which either never made it to their office or was never cashed, but we then received this month a collection notice with four months of late fees added. Instead of calling to let us know they'd never received the check, they continued to add on late fees and then dropped off a collection notice in person with a higher fee. Because the check was sent but not cashed, I had to pay $30 to place a stop hold on the check and then paid online with late fees and credit card fees. So essentially, what was supposed to be a $75 basic pest control service ended up being almost $170 for one basic spray for a nearly zero lot line home. To make things even worse, when I attempted to then pay the outrageously high "late" bill online, it told me our account number was not even in their system, so I called their office to pay and had to talk to 3 people before they could get it figured out. Will not be using their services again.”
