“I had a disappointing experience with O’Connor Pest Control after they got acquired by Terminix. Despite their promises, the service was not effective, and the pest problem persisted. I expected a more thorough and professional approach, but unfortunately, I did not receive it. I wouldn't recommend their services based on my experience. To make things worst, they charged me for a follow up service they never performed and the invoice got set to collections. Called and spoke to Dora at the Goleta location about the issue and she was very rude.”

“Zero stars would be more appropriate. Do not do business with this company. After signing a contract, they couldn't get rid of spiders around our house. I canceled the contract and they keep sending me a bill. I've called at least 12 times over the past 7 months trying to speak to a manager about our account and they won't call me back. The service manager yelled and interrupted me while I was trying to resolve this finally last week. Shady business and terrible customer service. They are owned by Terminix and I can't get ahold of anyone there either. I've filed a complaint with the BBB. Seriously, do not use this company.”
