“My technician Miranda C. Was wonderful and very polite. She let me know everything she was going to do to alleviate our ant issue and followed up with saying if we have any issues between the service to call and they could send her back out. She also asked me if I had any questions before leaving, which I appreciated and let me know as well that everything would be safe for my cat pumpkin. She also cleaned for cob webs and set up some rodent sensors which I thought was pretty cool. I’ve never seen a pest service set up rodent sensors before unless you are having a rodent issue and even then I’ve never heard of them setting up sensors. They usually will only do traps.I personally would like her to come back and do our services for our plan in the future since she made everything simple and easy and was very nice in explaining anything I had questions about. All in all, I enjoyed her service and have a good feeling with this pest company.”
