Appointments are often missed with no call and no explanation. When we do manage to get someone out, the service is rushed and incomplete. On top of that, customer service has been nothing but frustrating—unhelpful, dismissive, and at times outright rude. One of the employees who didn’t show up was unprofessional and disrespectful when confronted. We gave them multiple chances, but this company has been a huge letdown from start to finish. Avoid if you value reliability or respect.”
