“His ex associate, John Waldrop should not be inspecting homes for anything. I tried calling PCS today and they keep telling me that Robert will call me back. I just purchased this house and was told on the WDO there were no termites and no evidence. I will keep trying to speak with Robert and if there is no response, I will be going on with reporting the company to the state and whatever else I need to do to fix this house. Subterranean and dry wood termites here and damage. Neglected among other major issues by the same inspector.”

“Rob Hicks - fitting last name. Guy was supposed to be here for final pest treatment. Needed this treatment to close on my new construction home. Guy shows up and leaves right away because he saw people at the house. (Who were instructed to leave if rob needed them to) Too lazy to get out of the truck and talk to me as I Try to flag him down he keeps on driving. Call these people bunch of times (no answer for hours) because i had a very tight schedule and needed their work done for closing. Guy calls me back and calls me stupid for calling so many times. End up having to find another pest guy who looked at their pre construction certificate and tells me they use the cheapest (outdated) chemicals on the market. Rob was arrogant and rude and told me “good luck closing on your house without this treatment and you wont get a penny back from me” I hope I see you around!”
