“Earlier today, I met with Heston from Pinnacle Pest Defense at my new build home for a termite pretreatment. Heston was prompt and very courteous. When I met him there, he informed me that he was not able to treat the area because of the stage they were at in the foundation pre-pour process. Unfortunately, I reached out to him a bit too late. However, he did offer me some alternatives for after the pour. I appreciated his honesty and his expert opinion. I am new to the area, so it was great to meet an honest person from the start. Some might have just done the job anyway even if it was not the best time, just to get the $. So, the honesty was much appreciated. I will be calling him back a little later in the build process.”

“My first contact was with Sharon, she is very warm and welcoming. I mention this because I can’t say the same thing about other places I had called. Just moved here and was looking up places on the internet. Sam was my technician. He couldn’t have been nicer, more knowledgeable and very professional. He absolutely knows his business. After he explained Pinnacle’s mosquito treatment I knew it was something I wanted to try. It doesn’t kill butterflies, lightning bugs or other important little creatures. Pinnacle is also fairly priced compared to other places I called. No contract either, which was a big deal to me. I’m certainly glad I called them and that Sam was my technician. If you have dogs, which I do, he’s very kind to them and they weren’t afraid of him. Which says a lot!”

“Three days ago my lawn man was stung x5 times by bees, while weed eating and mowing my backyard. He notified me what had happened, I immediately called the office and explained the situation. Heston, got on the call and explained the dangers of aggressive types of bees. I asked if someone could come out the next morning, to assess the bees. Heston replied that he would be @ my home by 8:30am. He described the aggressive bees to be African. He put on his bee protective suit and quickly put down powder where the bees were. This powder immobilized the bees on contact. He discovered that the nest was very large under my shed. He consulted with me, as to the next steps to take. He stated he could seal the crack where the bees were congregating. He let me know that the powder he had put inside would kill the bees and eventually destroy the nest. They would not be able to escape through the seal. He also checked around the entire shed to assure that there were no other places where the bees could exit or enter the shed. I could not rest until the bees were safely contained and that no one else would be stung!!! I appreciate the expediency and knowledge that Heston brought to this unbearable situation!! I have checked today, (one day later), with no bees to be found!!! Should anyone find themselves in this untenable situation, I highly recommend Heston and Pinnacle Pest Control. I will certainly contact them for any pest needs that I may have in the future!!! Bravo!!!”
