“Had a hornet nest hanging on the eve of a two story house. Technician showed up promptly and sprayed the nest with a powder. It was easily accessible from a bedroom window so no ladder was needed. He said they would all be dead by the next day and we could knock the nest down. We knocked it down the next day and it was still full of live hornets. The queen was also still alive. We had to spray and destroy the remaining hornets ourselves. They were good at calling back and responding quickly and the technician was friendly, but they charged $300 and the nest and the queen were not eradicated.”
