Service provided over the past 5+ years has been hit and miss. But office administration needs to take a lesson, or 12, on contacting customers by email. Wish I could post it here… but the jest is “Your credit card on file has been declined twice; you agreed to keep a valid card on file; remit payment within 10 days or we’ll turn this over to collections”. 4 emails in total 6 days past the due date. The reason…. Card on file expired! They ran an expired card TWICE! Whoops… guess it’s too difficult to call the customer to obtain an updated card, who’s never missed a payment… or did you even look?!? …. ‘We’ll just threaten an on-time paying customer of 5+ years, after only 3 business days of being late that we didn’t give a courtesy call to concerning an expiring payment method’…. OUTSTANDING JOB! A+ credit is hard to establish and costly to maintain in both time and money! You won’t threaten me again! Principle is EVERYTHING to some… and it just cost you this one! RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE You called ONLY after my wife called you! So much for your protocol as you state of how your automated system works and the supposed follow up. As for you airing out laundry of my wife being ill, she reached out TO YOU and left a message, while sick, in response to your threatening email of collections notification for non-payment and left a message. And let’s be clear about two things… One- you ran an EXPIRED CARD TWICE and never bothered to email/call to update card info before sending a threatening collections email. You knew it was expired! Two- there are people out there that won’t back down from a smear campaign such as this… I’m one of them! Lick your wounds and walk away… a lion doesn’t need to tell you he’s a lion!
