“Hi there! Back in March I desperately needed rat remediation of my home. The estimator was professional and the quote affordable. I waited over a week for my service call. The infestation was bad but the price was so reasonable I waited. The technicians never showed up and the office wouldn’t answer the phone. Eventually, later that day I was able to make contact with the office who sent me to the estimator. He was apologetic and said the technicians were turned away at the gate so they left. I was concerned as why I wasn’t called? I desperately needed the service, I would have done everything to get them through the gate. I was told they wouldn’t be able to come back for another week. I contacted Yates Astro who solved my problem efficiently and quickly. It was more expensive but it was worth it. Now suddenly 8 months later I’m getting collection notices from Purcor saying I owe $60.00. I’ve called 4x. Been hung up on . I’ve texted. I’ve sent 2 certified letters. I would have loved to have done business with you but you never showed up! What is the $60 charge for? I would love a representative to get back with me on this. I’ve sent a certified letter to the corporate office & office on Dean Forest Road. I hope someone will communicate with me regarding this charge. I’ve also sent a message through the website. I hate to leave bad reviews but I’m running out of ideas on how to speak with someone concerning this. Thank you.”

“Terrible. They were great when I started using them about a year ago, but they’ve completely declined recently. They stopped calling to set up service, the same tech lied about coming 3 times, customer service associates seem uninterested in helping you, and when I finally spoke to the manager about this saga he said he would call back on a certain day, but never did. I ended up calling them for the 6th time to get something resolved and spoke to the manager again about my feelings of distrust that anybody in the company would do what they said they would do. He was very argumentative, arrogant, and dismissive. Nobody had any sense of urgency to help me resolve a simple problem. I’m certain I did more work than they did to get my issue resolved. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any business.”

“Worst possible business ever. Invoiced us for service stated that tech showed up and didn't check in.BS tech never showed. Office can't provide me with a copy of my termite bond. Tech showed up for inside inspection on Oct 5 when they set an appointment for Sept 3. Dont waste your time or money. Wish there was an option for a negative rating.”
