“Love Penguin Pest Control! Very highly recommended! They are very easy going and very professional. Dealing with them is easy, we went through some financial hardships for a little while and it wasn't difficult to ask them to wait for a little while until we got back up on our feet. They didn't constantly ask if we were ready for them to come back. Communication is excellent. Customer service is phenomenal. They are quick and don't take forever, our guy always asks when we are home if he wants us to do the inside, he never assumes, which is awesome. I always get a text message if he is going to be late, or if he needs to reschedule (I think that as only happened once). It is easy to reschedule if we need to. If you are looking for a pest control for a good price ( in my opinion) Penguin is one of the best. We have had Penguin for years and never had any problems with service, or payment not going through or payment going through more than once. We do get a text as a reminder on when they have the scheduled time to come to our house, and one message letting us know that the service was completed, and that it can take up to two weeks for treatments to fully work ( although it never really seems to take that long) There were a couple of times that we were not home, but our guy already has permission to do the outside if we are here or not. He normally will knock everytime just to make sure we are home to let us know he is here and spraying the outside. Penguin will have our house for the rest of our lives. There is so much more awesomeness I want to say about Penguin, but that is going to take weeks. Thank you Penguin and Aaron R ( I really hope that is our guy, but that is who I get text messages from) for your hard work, consistency, and being awesome.”

“CARELESS AND APATHETIC. Penguin Pest Control came to our home to restock rodent bait stations. While removing a particular bait product, they managed to drop some of the bait on our property. One day later our dog found and consumed the bait. Concerned, I called the company and they reassured me our dog would be okay and might have an upset stomach for a few days. Poison Control and our Veterinarian felt otherwise, noting real concern for internal bleeding and organ failure due to the active blood thinner in the product. A trip to the vet and $300 later, I followed up with the pest control company in hopes they would own their error and help correct the situation. They instead offered one free visit and upgraded metal bait stations (even though our dog tampering with the bait stations was not the issue). What I've learned: Don't trust your pest control company to know how lethal poisons will affect your animals. And don't expect Penguin Pest Control to give a damn when they are at fault.”
