“I have had several accounts with penguin pest control over the past couple years. In the fall I had called them to spray for annoying flying insects around the doors and windows of a residence that were making the tenants miserable. After charging me the “reduced” rate of almost $200 the application did not work. When I called them about the first spray not working, since it seemed the number of insects actually increased, I was told they could come respray for an additional charge. Since I also had other accounts with them I thought their customer service would be much better than it was. I decided to go with another company that may understand the concept of service better. When I told them I was not going to continue service with them they then charged me for not continuing my other services as a form of punishment. I have spoken to them several times about it and get the same excuse about not being able to do anything about the charges as retribution for discontinuing service. I guess that’s what you get when you’ve been a loyal customer for several years with multiple accounts. I am still waiting for the owner to call me about this issue. It seems they do not want to make time for the customers that make their business succeed, or not, this town is too small to treat customers this way. It seems like this has become a pattern with them according to other reviewers.”

“We used to use a different (populat nation-wide company that I won't name) and they were very inconsistent with when they would come for service. When Penguin Pest came to our door for sales, I told them we already used a service but voiced my complaints and they talked me through their process so we chose to make the change. They have been wonderful! Taegan is our guy, he always let's us know when he is on the way and when he will arrive. Walks through everything he will be doing with each treatment and what to look out for between treatments. Very happy we switched to Penguin Pest Control! 10/10”
