“Back in December my card on file was declined for fraud, witch was the card used to pay for services, they never contacted me to let me know, I kept asking if their services were being put on my card, they said yes no problem. The other day I recieved a bill in the mail for 200 dollars. Talked to the supervisor on call and was told they couldn't give me a free service for the mix up , then when I wanted to cancel their service she told me that it would cost me 100. What a terrible way to do business, now I have to finish out the remaining 4 visits or my credit will suffer. Am so dissapointed in this company all they want is their money and will not work with you at all even though it was their mix up. You can guarantee i will be telling everyone I know looking for this serviced to go elsewhere. What the hell ever happened to common courtesy.”
