“Owner had a wise guy attitude. I had some termite damage in my home. Naturally, I shopped around for an exterminator to address this issue. The owner stated that he will put bait stations around the house which will terminate all termites within 6 months and that I am under a 12 month contract in case I see swarmers that he will come address it. Needless to say, of course this didn’t work which is fine because termites are a very challenging pest to address. However, where this guy failed was the follow ups. I asked this guy the hard question- what are we going to do about the swarmers? He mentioned some treatment and told me he would get back to me. The remainder of the 12 month contract, this guy didn’t pick up a single phone call of mine. Only when I called from a private line did he pick up which was a hilarious conversation. He told me that he didn’t care about my contract and that he only cared about staying alive from COVID. This issue is that he started dodging my calls prior to COVID - I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP! Just have one conversation with this guy and you’ll get to understand how much of a wise guy he is and how bad of an attitude he has. If you care about professionalism- GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY! Typically, I don’t leave bad reviews on companies but this guy came in conversation the other day with my current exterminator and I feel like I must warn others.”
