No call was ever given on the day of service, so we weren't updated on an ETA.... 3. I called 2x for update, and no one answered at the office. 4. Never showed up.. our service was scheduled for morning time, afternoon time came around and still no call or update... had no choice but to call another company”

A few days after he came, I requested a follow up visit, received an immediate response, and Carlos came within an hour of me reaching out. He answered all my questions, and helped put me at ease with our mice infestation.
