“Please avoid this company at all costs if you want to keep your home & animals safe. Office staff, management & techs show zero regard for you, your property or animals & will charge you full price for incomplete service. I requested a reschedule of services to ensure I would be home to secure our animals to avoid exposure during spraying. A new date & time were set. Checked my cameras to find out the rep showed up anyway while I was not home, entered my property without permission & completed the spraying despite my dogs actively being out in the areas being sprayed. The company then charged my card full price although half of the areas requiring service were incomplete as they required me being home to provide access. I requested the rep come back out a few days later to complete services & was assured by management I’d be provided sufficient notice prior to arriving on our home to secure my animals. I received a text 5 minutes beforehand… Office staff’s resolution was “well you should have known he was coming, since he was scheduled to come.” Please save yourself the headache. Find a company that respects their customers, your home & your animals health.”
