“They'll spray the ground. If the spider is higher than the ground, then you'll just have spiders. I'll tell you what they didn't tell me when I signed the contract. "There are laws and regulations and tarps and respirators needed to kill spiders that are higher than the ground and they don't do that." "They will take down webs on the initial visit, but not the following visits." So, if you have spider issues, you will have spider issues after they leave. This was not disclosed at the time of signing the contract, nor on the initial visit. Why bother taking down the spider webs at all...he should have told me at that point "we don't kill the spiders that are high on your house." I would have told him that is my biggest issue and most needed to be killed. At that point, I would have lost all faith in this company and call someone that could kill spiders and ants. Spiders were included on my contract. The guy that just left said he doesn't kill spiders and it wasn't in the scope of my contract. He didn't know I read my contract.”
