“I have been clients of them for over 20 years, using them in all my real estate transactions and my property. On 4/3 they showed up to do quarterly, i my camera shows they spray by the side of the garage area, they never sprayed on the deck area, bar area, left side, front area, driveway which has ants issue, then i received the bill in my email, somehow they raised the price again since last quarter from $99 to $102, i called and asked why 3 hikes within last 5 quarterly, also you suppose to notify homeowners prior hiking the price and this was not done which is required by law, they transfer me to the manager which he was the rudest and the most uneducated / arrogant person i ever spoken to, i asked him why since last year, you have raised my quarterly fees fee times without disclosing the homeowner, he stated they don’t need to notify nor disclose us and it is not the law( everything is recorded) i said who the effing are you to tell me it is not the law? how the hell you are the manager of company if you don’t know about hiking the fees is not required to disclosed in advance by pest now? he said that i should not use profanity and i need to call back and talk to the owner, i said it is your responsibility to let the owner know about my complaint, and have him to contact me, he said no he will not tell the owner and he will discontinue this conversation and i should call tomorrow and talk to the owner then he hung up. It seems the “manager” is the rule maker and laws does not applies to him. He needs to have reality checked and realizes, without us, that business will shutdown and he will not have a job. If he hates his job, either should get fired or quit, because he does not fit to do so. I have advised all my agents / clients and agencies to stop working with this company. I will never recommend them to anyone and i will make sure all outlets knows about this. Not only the raise the price few times since last year, they do not spray and treat entire perimeter of the house which they suppose to including interior of the house. ****this is my response to the owner reply: I guess you missed the point in my review, i did not take advantage of anything special, since 2008 i have been using this quarterly and you have raised the price since pandemic periodically, in 2024 till current date you raised it 3 times without any notification and to me and god knows to how many people. I always receive a call from your technician prior he or she shows up and asking me if i will be home to treat interior. Which this time no one cared to contact me, also what happens to treating perimeter of the house? Why your technician did not treat on patio area, deck, bar area, driveway, front side and right side? Also why would anyone spray in the raining day? Now it makes me wonder why from managements and the owner are so irresponsible to provide correct treatments also fees that started originally $75 per quarterly in 2009 didn’t increased till 2021 since then has been increased to $102? I know in 2021 i received an email stating due to cost of material you are raising it, in 2022 and 2023 i also have the same emails showing the increased, but the most recent one you never email and disclose this new hike? As i mentioned in my review this are the issues: 1: customer service and manager being rude 2: treatment did not cover the perimeter of my residence 3: fee increase never been disclosed in last 2 increases 4: owner lack of taking responsibility of wrong doing. No customers should face any of this issues and you have shown in your reply that you don’t want to admit your mistakes and trying lie about “taking advantage of your special” there is no special for spraying only one side of my house and charging me for perimeter that never been done and billing me for $102? I would give zero star if this app allowed me to.”
