“Technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, but communication between office staff and technicians was poor. They sent two technicians out with inappropriate equipment - the nest was 35 feet off the ground and the first two technicians did not have a tall enough ladder. Furthermore, appointment was rescheduled due to weather, but I received no notification of the cancellation. Once the third technician came out with the appropriate ladder, service was efficient, thorough and tidy.”
