“This pest control came to my house did an inspection and technician came and me and the landlord told us only the kitchen will be treated. And my first appointment was today 01/27/2026 same tech but was chilling around the corner and saw him just chilling talking to his co worker. So I waited for them and told us not to come back like in 3 to 4 hours and keep I mind that I was told that the kitchen will be sprayed only due to his inspection. So once I was done waiting for three hours, they sprayed the whole house without telling us that they are going to do that instead! So the business owner or manager whoever runs this company has the audicity to be rude with me without any conclusion on this concern. Didn’t tell us to move our stuff out and even didn’t let us pack our stuff without communication the day before I called on the date of service. This is how you do business in public with this type of poor training and especially my wife is pregnant! They don’t care, they just want profit over professionalism and values!”
